On site, in order to facilitate the collecting of the congress material, please look for the desk you should apply to in according to your country of origin. Downloading the attachment “registrations” within the registrations section, you will be able to see how the Secretariat Desk will be organized.

THE PRE-REGISTRATIONS WILL BE OFFICIALLY CLOSED ON THURSDAY 28th OCTOBER 2010 AT 1.00pm. AFTER THAT DATE IT WILL POSSIBLE TO REGISTER ON SITE PAYING BY CASHPOINT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS OR IN CASH.

The DEADLINE to send the registration forms paying through bank transfer is 22^nd October 2010. After that date it will be possible to register to the Forum only thorough credit card payments. It will also be possible to register yourself on site and cashpoint card, credit card or cash payments will be accepted.

ATTENTION:

The DEADLINE to purchase lunch tickets, gala and friendship vouchers in advance is 22^nd October 2010. After that date it will be possible to purchase them only on site.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all refund requests submitted within 25^th October 2010, there will be a refund equal to 50% of the fee previously paid.

For all requests submitted further than 25^th October will not be accepted.
