SENIOR LIONS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTES
Senior lions leadership institutes focus on building the skills of Lions leader s to preparate them for leadership responsabilities at zone,region and district levels. Qualified candidates are Lions in good standing who have completed a successful term as club president,but have not yet attained the position of vice district governor.Candidates do not have to hold a positioncurrently. Candidates must be willing to commit to every day of the institute.The course have a duration of five days before the Forum in the six constitutional areas of our association.In 2010 the course will be at Bologna,Italy,from 30 october to 3 november.
Lions clubs International will pay for each partecipant’s meal and lodging during the actual days of institute at the training facilitiy. Partecipants are responsabile for their own transportation and related travel expenses to and from the institute. Lions all over Europe can participate in the course; 25 in English language and 25 in Italian language.
Lions who meet the qualifications may apply to the Senior Lions Leadership Institute:Applications will be available four months prior to the institute. If you are interested in applying to the institute,please obtain a copy of the application from your district governor or download the application for the institute form the international website.
