All touristic tours leave from Royal Carlton at 8.45 p.m.

THE PRE-REGISTRATIONS WILL BE OFFICIALLY CLOSED ON THURSDAY 28^th OCTOBER 2010 AT 1.00pm. AFTER THAT DATE IT WILL POSSIBLE TO REGISTER ON SITE PAYING BY CASHPOINT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS OR IN CASH.

On site, in order to facilitate the collecting of the congress material, please look for the desk you should apply to in according to your country of origin. Downloading the attachment within the registrations section, you will be able to see how the Secretariat Desk will be organized.

Bus transfer service will work every day from each agreed hotel to the Congress Venue

With respect to the sightseeing tours and excursions offered during the Forum, we wish to inform you that the deadline for reservations will be October 20. After this date you may sign up directly on site according to the availability.

The seats for the Friendship dinner have been fully booked

The DEADLINE to send the registration forms paying through bank transfer is 22nd October 2010. After that date it will be possible to register to the Forum only thorough credit card payments. It will also be possible to register yourself on site and cashpoint card, credit card or cash payments will be accepted.

The DEADLINE to purchase lunch tickets, gala vouchers in advance is 28th October 2010. After that date it will be possible to purchase them only on site according with the availability.
